Polivinil Opens Its New Research Centre To Rotomoulders. A Practical Open Day at Polivinil Rotomachinery S.p.A.

Starts 9AM, Friday, 23 November.

Visit Polivinil at the official opening of its new building dedicated to the continuous development of rotational moulding technologies. The building hosts the latest generation PRM-3200-3C rotational moulding machine, and the day starts with a practical seminar on the subject of ‘Improving Efficiency: Instruments for Controlling the Cycle’

Come and see K-Kontrol fully automated on the Polivinil rotomachine. Also, on demonstration is 493k portable KPaq temperature and pressure monitoring system. It’s an ideal opportunity to discuss the various technologies directly with the presenters

Pierluigi Sacchi (Polivinil Rotomachinery S.p.A.): 
–       Latest Machine Developments from The Rotomachinery Group.
–       A New Blower System which Optimises the Flow of Oven Air.

Rory Jones (La Plastecnica): How to be Supacool!
–       Internal water cooling. More parts, less time and better quality.

Gareth McDowell (493K Ltd.): Moulding Control.
–       Cycle monitoring tools available to moulder which improve efficiency.

Roberto Marinoni (BOCA): Mould Clamping.
–       The advantages of magnetic and pneumatic systems for closing moulds.

Following the presentation there will be a machine demonstration to show the effect these developments have on a standard cycle. At the conclusion of the event, Polivinil have invited all participants to join them for lunch.
