493K Ltd has launched the K-Kontrol Export Pack bringing mould temperature control to the rotational moulding SME production market.
The Export Pack is self-installed, and is designed to be effectively maintenance-free, with spares easily fitted by the moulder. The mounting of the sliprings is via four brackets welded, or bolted, onto the machine plate. Wiring is simple - through the arm of most machines, and any exceptional routing can be discussed prior to taking delivery. |

K-Kontrol Rock 'n' Roll brings 493K's dedication to improving mould temperature process control to Rock 'n' Roll machines. Easy to install with its wireless data link, it can be easily used to fully automate your machine.
K-Kontrol Rock 'n' Roll allows the moulder to obtain consistent heating and cooling trends of the polymer and reduce the guess work; and it does this is real time, offering the moulder the opportunity to react immediately to faults or to observe the response of the mould to changes in processing variables.
